The English/Spanish split has never been measured It is a report you can open any time

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

  1. 1

Every inquiry, message, and outcome already logged by the pipeline and inbox feeds the same report — nothing extra to enter.

  2. 2

Numbers break out by source, clinician or coordinator, language, practice type, and location automatically.

  3. 3

You schedule it to whoever should see it — weekly to an owner, monthly to a group of partners.

  4. 4

You read it, not us — nothing here is a black box; every number traces to a contact record you can open.

DETAILS

What it reports

Inquiries by source — website, Google, referral, paid social, phone, Psychology Today
Median and worst-case first-response time, which is usually the most uncomfortable and most useful number in the report
Conversion by stage, so you can see exactly where people fall out
Performance by clinician or coordinator
EN vs. ES inquiry volume and conversion — a split most practices have never been able to see, because nothing was measuring it
Estimated case value by source, so marketing spend has something to answer to
No-show and cancellation rates

BY VERTICAL

How this differs across practice types

One system, four configurations. Every plan runs on the same underlying build — what changes is which fields, stages, and rules apply.

Therapy

Conversion by presenting concern and clinician, plus waitlist-to-active-client timing.

Med spa

Consult-to-treatment conversion by service and by source, including paid campaigns.

Dental

Treatment-plan acceptance rate and recall compliance, by provider.

Medical

Referral-source performance and referring-provider volume.

SOUTH FLORIDA

The EN/ES split is the number South Florida practices react to most, and it is specifically a measurement gap, not a marketing problem: most practices we talk to have never been able to see how their English inquiries convert against their Spanish ones, because nothing in their existing tools separated the two. We are not aware of a published study tying language match to no-show or completion rates, so we will not claim one — what we can say is narrower and still useful: you cannot manage a split you cannot see, and until now most practices could not see it.
