Aesthetic inquiries arrive at midnight. So should the answer.
Consult-to-treatment automation for South Florida med spas. Web chat, form fills, SMS, and after-hours calls in one pipeline — answered in English or Spanish before they book with the place on the next block.
Impulsive, and nocturnal
Aesthetic demand is impulsive and it is nocturnal. Someone decides at 11:40 PM and messages three practices in Brickell before they fall asleep. By morning the impulse has cooled, or someone else has already booked it.
Med spa intake also lands in more places than most verticals check consistently — the website form, SMS, web chat, and the phone, often after the front desk has gone home for the night. Whichever practice answers the 11:40 PM version of that person is the one that gets the consult.
From a $0 consult to a booked treatment
Every channel into one inbox — web chat, SMS, email, and phone.
Instant response to after-hours inquiries with real availability, not "we'll get back to you."
Consult-to-treatment follow-up: the sequence that turns a $0 consultation into a booked treatment.
Package, membership, and series reminders — the retention revenue most med spas leave uncollected.
Pre-treatment instructions and post-treatment check-ins, sent automatically.
Reactivation for clients whose last treatment was six months ago.

Aftercare has to land in the right language
88.0% of Miami-Dade County residents age 5 and older speak a language other than English at home — the large majority Spanish. Pricing questions, contraindications, and aftercare instructions all have to land in the language the client actually thinks in — aftercare especially, where a misunderstanding is a clinical problem, not a service one.
Genuinely ambiguous, and we will not guess
Med spa compliance is genuinely different, and most vendors get this wrong in both directions.
A purely cosmetic, cash-pay practice conducting no electronic standard transactions with health plans may not be a HIPAA covered entity at all. But the moment you bill insurance for anything, operate under a medical director's practice that does, or handle medical histories tied to prescriptive treatments, the analysis changes.
Florida also regulates medical direction and delegation for many injectable and laser services, which affects who may respond to a clinical question in your inbox.
We build on HIPAA-enabled infrastructure regardless, and we will sign a BAA. We will not tell you what your regulatory status is — that is a question for your medical director and your counsel. What we will do is configure a system that holds up either way.
We are not attorneys and this is not legal advice. Your policies, training, and workforce agreements remain yours.

Built in Coral Gables. Working across South Florida.
We are at 338 Minorca Avenue, and most of the practices we work with are within a fifteen-minute drive. Each neighborhood breaks intake differently, so each location page says something specific and true about it.
Coral Gables
Our home neighborhood — referral-driven, private-pay, Mediterranean lobbies shared by four practices.
Brickell
A vertical neighborhood awake from 8 PM to midnight, exactly when most practices have gone quiet.
Pinecrest
Suburban and family-anchored, where the person filling out the form is a parent with two other tabs open.
Practices outside these three neighborhoods: the build is the same and we work across South Florida. See all four practice types.
Questions we get on this call

Yes — reminders, renewals, and series completion.
Good. This sits in front of it and hands off booked consults.
Depends on your practice structure. Read the compliance section above; we will not guess for you.
