What theracrm.pro sets in your browser today, and what changes once the practice booking system goes live.

1. What this policy covers
This page describes cookies and similar technologies used by the theracrm.pro marketing website — the pages you are reading now. It does not cover the practice workspace inside the application our platform provider operates, which subscribed clinicians and staff log into to run their intake system; that application runs on the provider’s own infrastructure and is covered by the provider’s own cookie and privacy disclosures, not this page. The provider is named in Section 11 of the Terms of Use.
2. What this site sets today
theracrm.pro sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of its own. These are pre-rendered marketing pages and they do not need a cookie to function. One page is different. The consultation pages at /demo/ and /es/demo/ embed a scheduling calendar served by our platform provider from its own domain (api.leadconnectorhq.com). That embed can set its own cookies, under the provider’s policies rather than ours, and it loads only on those two pages. Nowhere else on this site loads anything from a third party except the web fonts described below. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics to understand which pages are working — we will update this page before the change ships, not after.
3. The consultation booking flow
The scheduling calendar embedded on the consultation pages may set its own functional cookie to hold your session while you pick a time, and it collects the name, contact details, and answers you enter into it. That data goes to our platform provider and to us, and is handled under the Privacy Policy. The provider is identified in Section 11 of the Terms of Use, and we will document exactly what it sets here once it is in production, rather than describing a cookie that does not exist yet.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies through its settings. Because this site does not currently rely on cookies for core functionality, blocking cookies in your browser should not affect your ability to read this site or submit the consultation form. If a future feature does depend on a cookie, we will say so in the relevant section above.
5. “Do Not Track” and similar signals
Because this site does not currently set tracking cookies, we do not currently process “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals differently — there is nothing being tracked to turn off. We will revisit this section if that changes.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this page any time what the site actually sets changes. The date at the top reflects the last substantive revision, and this page is the source of truth over any general statement elsewhere on the site.
